Meet Candy Fanny Cradock!

Fanny Cradock  was an influential British TV Chef , larger than life chat show personality, restaurant critic, author of a zillion cookbooks, successful novelist, and mega-celebrity who in the 1950's  took over huge British auditoriums with her husband  Johnnie and did cooking demonstrations while dressed to the nines in ball gowns and tuxedoes.  She went on to do TV cooking shows with Johnnie, making wildly lavish, fancy dishes while being rude and bossy to him.  I always say nothing goes with cooking in a ballgown like being rude and bossy.
