Meet Candy Rick Bayless!

Rick Bayless is a TV Chef, acclaimed restaurateur, and author of many cookbooks who is best known for his expertise in and love of Mexican cuisine.  He also looks like Vincent Van Gogh in my opinion, so I really like him and love watching his shows because he is so likeable and I think we can all agree it is exciting to see Vincent Van Gogh making Chilaquiles.  I read that he was actually considered in the running to be the Obamas' White House Chef, but then everyone reluctantly decided it wouldn't be right to serve Mexican food at every state dinner.  That happened to me, too.  I almost had the same job, but then some wise guy decided it wouldn't be right to serve Candy celebrities at every state dinner either.  Drat!
